Wyniki pomiarów przedstawione przez Eda na CN:
"Typical good readings are about 30%-35% for full beam transfer and 60% for half. The first number is more important, as this seems to be the percent of the center of the objective diameter that provides 100% illumination to the exit pupil. The best readings are 50% for full and 70% for half.
The only binoculars in all that I've measured that have shown 50% of the central diameter of the objective will pass all the light into the exit pupil are two Fujinons and a Pentax. Out of over 70 binoculars, only 5 others have shown full light from the central 40% of the lens, once again another Fujinon and a Pentax are included and at this level now both the Signature and the Ultra, two binoculars in the same family."
